Separation is painful. It involves a lot of loss and change.
As an Accredited Family Law Specialist Lawyer and Internationally Certified Life Coach, I have spent 18 years working with people who have separated, so please know that I lovingly see and hear you. I know how deeply painful your separation is and that this is an emotionally charged and challenging time in your life. I know you are in pain and that you may be feeling invisible, disempowered and like you have lost your life purpose. I encourage you to sit with your feelings and in your pain because deep growth and change comes from moving through your pain and learning who you really are so that you can grow and make inspired change in your life.
